We studied the richness, abundance, diversity and microhabitat use of an anurans community in wooded fragments with different levels of anthropic disturbance at the forestry reserve of Bremen, Filandia, Quindío. We took into account three habitat in this research; conservation forest, transition forest and deforested area. We sampled them from September 2008 to February 2009. We registered an amount of 447 individuals that belonged to eight species of anurans; Pristimantis achatinus (63%) and P. palmeri (16,7%) were the most abundant. The richness, abundance, diversity, and microhabitat use of the anurans community were affected by the results demonstrated in this research which are varied among habitat, where the conservation forest was the richest and the most diverse, due to the availability of relevant microhabitat for anurans to survive. The richness of anurans shown in this research contributes to a 22,8% percent of the total amount of registered species in the area of Departamento del Quindío.
