dc.description.abstractEl germoplasma de fríjol común es una fuente importante de información para los procesos de domesticación y flujo de genes que se han llevado a cabo dentro y entre los acervos Mesoamericano y Andino. La previa clasificación de las razas en cada uno de los acervos ha ayudado a proveer un mejor uso del germoplasma cultivable, de esta misma manera los marcadores moleculares han sido una gran herramienta para analizar grupos de genotipos representativos que puedan conllevar a la obtención de características de interés agronómico, además de ayudar a comprender los procesos de diversificación que se han llevado a cabo en la especie.spa
