Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un hato lechero

Abstract

En el municipio de Filandia-Quindío se realizó un estudio de factibilidad para crear un hato lechero mediante veinte semovientes semiestabuladas, pradera y corte de pasto maralfalfa; con el propósito de aprovechar los beneficios ofrecidos por ASOPROAGRO (asociación de productores agroindustriales del Quindío). El proyecto inició con el estudio de mercado, en el cual se analizó la demanda, la oferta, los precios y los canales de comercialización de la leche. Después se ejecuta el estudio técnico, incluyendo el tamaño y la localización del proyecto, ingeniería del proyecto, el diseño y distribución de la planta (el establo y cortes de pasto), el proceso de producción, los insumos y suministros requeridos, aspectos legales y ambientales del mismo. Luego se efectúa el estudio financiero para determinar los costos de producción y ventas, el valor de la inversión inicial, el capital de trabajo, el punto de equilibrio, el costo de capital. Finalmente se hace la evaluación financiera presentando estados financieros y calculando la viabilidad del proyecto a través de métodos como: el flujo presupuestado de caja, el flujo de caja neto, el valor presente neto, el costo-beneficio, la tasa de interés de oportunidad y la tasa interna de retorno.

At the municipality of Filandia-Quindio a study of feasibility was made to create a milky cattle which consists of twenty livestocks half closed, meadow and grass cutting marafalfa; with the purpose of profiting the benefits offered by ASOPROAGRO (association of producers agro- industrial of Quindio). The project started with the study of the market, in which it was analized the request, the offer, the prices and the flows of the milk Semovientes merchandising Afterwards the technical analisys it’s made, including the size and location of the project, engineering of the project, the design and distribuition of the ground (the meadow and grass cutting), the production process, the supplies required, and its legal and environmental aspects. Then it is effectuated the financial study for determining the production and sales costs, the value of the initial investment, the working capital, the balance point, the capital cost. Finally the financial test is done presenting the financial status and calculating the viability of the project by means of methods such as: the flow of the budget of the cash desk, the total of the cash desk, the current value, the cost- benefit, the opportunity rate tax and the payment internal rate.
