Estudio fitoquimico y actividad antimicrobiana de las especies Swinglea glutinosa y Ruta graveolens pertenecientes a la familia rutacea
...Sierra Acevedo, Jorge iván | 2012-09-16
The fractionation of extracts of species Swinglea glutinosa y Ruta graveolens were characterized to determine their composition photochemistry, for it extracts were evaluated hexane, dichloromethane, butanol, ethyl acetate and ethanol. Likewise, the compositions were evaluated in both species essential oil in a yield of 5 and 0,09 % respectively. Metabolites were identified responsible for antimicrobial activity, corresponding to the hexane extract of Swinglea glutinosa, resulting in the isolation of two coumarins and dichloromethane extract of Ruta graveolens, obtaining an alkaloid. Molecular connectivity and structures of the isolated compounds were defined by analysis of the experiments of 1H, 13C, COSY, HMBC and NOESY. Analysis was performed bioactivity against the Artemia salina species fractionation using extracts of the species S. glutinosa and R. graveolens, the data were analyzed by probit quantal statistics on study time intervals of 24 hours and 30 minutes respectively, these work intervals was chosen for the reason that, from this time is generated against crustacean bioactive effect of study . The study was used aleloquímico against Lactuca sativa seeds, using the statistics of one-way ANOVA and Dunnet statistical. The results of bioactivity and effect aleloquímico allowed two coumarins insulator in the species S. glutinosa and an alkaloid in the species R. graveolens.
