The following research is based on finding the influence that the Acroyoga has in the corporal flexibility of the students of the University of the Quindío; the acroyoga is a physical alternative activity, which is out of the conventional competition that frames the sports disciplines. This discipline is based on three big axes, the yoga, the acrobatics and the Thai massage. At the same time, the Acroyoga is developed in two lines, acrobatic flights and therapeutic flights. This investigation is going to emphasize the work in the acrobatic flights. The lack of that people realized about on the importance of the flexibility and their little work on sports field. The last facts are problematics that cannot be ignored. For that reason is that this project seeks to establish in what form the practice of the acroyoga influences to flexibility. The program of Acroyoga and the test of flexibility go through a previous process of validation, the applied test were a linear series of test, Wells, flexion of the trunk advances, flexion of the trunk behind, rotation of shoulders, spagat and flop. The test were applied to a control group and a experimental one, in the last one was in which we apply the Acroyoga program. This start on September 6th, 2013 and finishes on December 10th, 2013; expiring with 36 meetings divided in 3 weekly meetings of 2 hours each one. The population is conformed by 8 participants of the control group and 8 of the experimental group; they were chosen in a voluntary form, which are in a range of age from 18 to 24 years. The investigation is almost experimentally with descriptive elements, analyzing the information by means of the SPSS program. This has a result a series of tables and information that were interpreted, describing the process and changes obtained in different test in relation with the variables. Talking about the results obtained in the experimental group the program of acroyoga influence positively in the majority of the flexibility test applied; although not all the tests presented improvements, in the results that were adverse the difference was very slight
