Razones por las cuales el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal Risaralda, debe implementar un plan ambiental turístico

Abstract

A lo largo de este trabajo de investigación se destaca la necesidad de la implementación de un Plan Ambiental Turístico para el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal con el fin de apoyar al desarrollo económico, social y ambiental de la ciudad, utilizando una serie de herramientas para contribuir con ello a la región en la implementación y puesta en marcha de los procesos de planificación de turismo. Lo anterior responde al principio de planeación que inspira la ley 300, en virtud del plan sectorial de turismo que busca desarrollar la actividad turística en Colombia con la ayuda y coordinación del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. En el desarrollo de la investigación se puede identificar elementos importantes para la puesta en marcha del plan, como son los inventarios turísticos de la ciudad, que en su mayoría obedecen a la clasificación de bienes y atractivos de sitios naturales de acuerdo a la metodología para la elaboración del inventario de atractivos turísticos del ministerio de Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Por otro lado se encontró una serie de limitantes y potencialidades que justifican aun más la necesidad de la mejora en el sector, puesto que responde al aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales de la región, que sirven a la vez de atractivo turístico. La diversificación de la economía de la ciudad, apoyada en la actividad turística hace necesario la implementación del plan ambiental, de manera que se procure un desarrollo sostenible en armonía con el medio ambiente.

Along this work of investigation is outlined the need of the implementation of an Environmental Tourist Plan for the municipality of Santa Rosa of Completly in order to contribute to the economic, social and environmental development of the city using a series of tools to contribute with it to the region in the implementation and putting in march of the processes of planning of tourism. The previous thing answers initially of plantation that inspires the law 300, by virtue of the sectarian plan of tourism that seeks to develop the tourist activity in Colombia with the help and coordination of the Department of Trade, Industry and Tourism. In the development of the investigation it is possible to identify important elements for the putting in march of the plan, since they are the tourist inventories of the city, which in the main obey the classification of goods and attractions of natural sites of agreement the methodology for the production of the inventory of tourist attractions of the department of Department of Trade, Industry and Tourism. On the other hand one found a series of bounding and potentials that justify furthermore the need of the improvement in the sector, since it answers to the utilization of the natural resources of the region, which use simultaneously as tourist attraction. The diversification of the economy of the city, rested on the tourist activity makes necessary the implementation of the environmental plan, so that a sustainable development is tried in harmony by the environment.
