Determinación de subfracciones de lipoproteínas de alta densidad (HDLs) en pacientes con enfermedad coronaria del centro de hemodinamia del Quindío

Abstract

The sample was classified in two groups according to its blockage level, in individuals with blockage <50% and >50%. Significant differences were found for c-HDL (0.0228). This difference is due to the significant variation of HDL3 sub fractions (0.0473) among the groups, which was proved through a logistical regression analysis. Through the multiple lineal regression analysis, it was determined that c-HDL concentrations and sub fractions did not depend on the lipid profile. Significant differences were found among men and women for the variables c-HDL (0.000) and HDL3. There were significant differences for the age (0.0004) among men with blockage <50% y >50%, the same as in women (0.0093).

La muestra se clasificó en dos grupos según su nivel de obstrucción, en individuos con obstrucción <50% y >50%. Se encontró diferencias significativas para la c-HDL (0,0228). Ésta diferencia está dada por la variación significativa de la subfracción HDL3 (0.0473) entre los grupos; esto fue demostrado a través de un análisis de regresión logístico. Con el análisis de regresión lineal múltiple se determinó que las concentraciones de c-HDL y subfracciones no dependían del perfil lipídico. Se encontró diferencias significativas entre hombres y mujeres para las variables c-HDL (0,000) y HDL3 (0,0001). Entre hombres con obstrucción <50% y >50% hubo diferencias significativas para la edad (0,0004), de igual manera las en mujeres (0.0093).
