Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa que brinde soluciones de apoyo logístico a las grandes empresas de transporte de mercancías y mensajería expresa en el departamento del Quindío

Abstract

La oportunidad de crear empresa, es la opción para contribuir tanto al crecimiento del profesional, como hacer parte del desarrollo económico de una región y de un país; y son muy diversos los campos para desarrollar diferentes actividades económicas que permitan lograrlo, por lo tanto este estudio buscó establecer la factibilidad de crear una empresa que brinde soluciones de apoyo logístico y reexpedición a las grandes empresas del sector del transporte de mensajería y mercancía del departamento del Quindío, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de mercado se concluye que se puede crear dicha empresa con un crecimiento esperado en el mercado del 24% partiendo de la base que el crecimiento del sector está alrededor del 34%. .En el departamento se presenta una demanda insatisfecha al no existir en la ciudad de Armenia una empresa que brinde soluciones en reexpedición hacia los municipios de la cordillera, obligando a la mayoría de las empresas de logística contratar personal no calificado para sus entregas, lo que conlleva a una baja satisfacción del usuario final; en cuanto a la evaluación financiera se observa un comportamiento positivo esperando una tasa de oportunidad de 28.93 % con el capital a crédito, por tanto se concluyó que la creación de la empresa es factible y que para la puesta en marcha se requiere una inversión de $45.000.000. Se recomienda la implementación del presente proyecto ya que es una buena oportunidad de aprovechar un mercado potencial compuesto por las empresas de logística de la ciudad de Armenia quienes demandan este tipo de servicios, con el fin de promover la generación de empleo y participar en el desarrollo del departamento del Quindío.

The opportunity to start a business is the choice to contribute to both the growth of the professional and the economic development of the region and country; and there are many diverse fields with different economic activities that allow achieving it, therefore this study was made to establish the feasibility of creating a company which provides solutions for logistics support and return to larger companies in the field of transportation of messaging and goods in

the Department of Quindío. According to the results obtained in the marketing study, it is concluded that a company providing logistical support or re-delivery service to the companies of messaging and merchandise in Quindío can be created, with an expected market growth of 24% on the basis that the growth of the sector is 34%.

The Department presents an unsatisfied demand due to the inexistence of a company which provides solutions for forwarding from Armenia to the municipalities of the mountain range, forcing most logistics companies to use unqualified staff to do their deliveries, which leads to a low satisfaction of the final user. the financial evaluation remained positive from the second year, since the recovery of the investment predicted 1.4 years, where in the first year there was no gain, but with the expected growth is expected an opportunity rate of 28.93% with a credit for capital, therefore it can be established that the enterprise is feasible, and an investment of $45.000.000 is required to start, with a minimum rate of expected return of 15% above the initial investment.

It is recommended to implement the project since it is a good opportunity to take advantage of a potential large market composed by the city of Armenia logistics companies, which demands this type of services. Thus giving the opportunity to generate employment and participate in the development of Quindío, which is a region with a very high unemployment rate and a low initiative to create company.
