This paper proposes the design of a CRM as a solution to the waste of the information enterprise customers deposit the Fifth S.A. The proposal is based on the analysis and development of the problem situation of the company; thus the CRM will not only correct use of databases within the company but also develop strategies that impact potential users and the attention of those who are not .
