This document presents the application of the Model Intelect and design of the Balanced Scorecardof human capital of the Educational Institutions Santa Maria Micaela Hermanas Adoratrices, with the aim of having an inventory of the intangible assets of the Organization. To start work, is modeled intuition systemically, with the purpose of knowing the operation of each of the departments, and the interrelationships that exist between these; this step is important when it comes to handle separately the academic and administrative department, which in this case are those involved in the study.
What follows is a survey of the workers of the institution, to understand the current status of the staff; taking into account the outcome of surveys, must be to raise certain strategic objectives, which can be achieved with the collaboration of the leadership of the institution, and a plan that count with strategic initiatives that are possible to fulfill and easy to control.
To finish you must define a dimensional model to support the generation of indicators involved in the Balanced Scorecard.
