To design the proposed architecture, was made use of one the most popular enterprise architecture frameworks in the world, covering business, data, information, application and technology architectures. On the other hand, the use of "case" tools to model the different views through graphs that describe all the domains necessary to complete the design required by the framework. The TOGAF business architecture framework has an ADM (Architecture Development Method), which is a methodology that covers all the domains necessary to be applied in an organization of any industry, facilitating the development and traceability in the execution of the business architecture. Telecommunications companies have a high development impact in any country; specifically for the Colombian case it represents more than 3% of national GDP according to the TIC ministry. National government policies are focused on the development of this industry. The Colombian society is increasingly able to access these services, so the area of customer service of these types of organizations plays a vital role to meet increasingly increasing customer requests; this is where business architecture is important as it allows you to align your resources towards the improvement of your products and services.
