The effects of teachers motivation on teaching a foreign language in the Colombian context, specifically in Armenia, is an uncharted area that requires further investigation as the one is carrying out in this project. Some relevant factors such as extrinsic and intrinsic will worth during these investigations and the relations that exist to those aspects in motivation. For doing so, the subcategories; behavioral, affective, and cognitive are also taken into account in order to compile all the information gathered.
