Diseño de la estructura de un modelo de gestión para el sector comercial, en la Empresa Solidus Comercial S.A.S

Abstract

In the company Solidus Commercial S.A.S carried out the managerial internship in order to offer to him the opportunity to reorganize all the aspects where mistakes were committed, helping in order that his results were more efficient and effective; having clear that the commercialization of motorcycles at present is turning into an economic very strong activity and in addition very competitive; the project initiated with the analysis of the processes and activities concluding with the respective recommendations, there it passed to the identification of the risks, which by means of a counterfoil qualified and his action plan was given to them to offset them; then there was realized the structure of the model of management where there were created the mission, vision, aims, values, beginning, the goals were established, and in addition there was realized the counterfoil SWOT1 that allowed us to give a diagnosis and to know the reality and current condition of the company.

en la Empresa Solidus Comercial S.A.S se brindo la pasantia con el fin de brindarle la oportunidad de reorganizar todos los aspectos donde se encontraban cometiendo errores, ayudando para que sus resultados fueran más eficientes y eficaces; teniendo claro que la comercialización de motocicletas en la actualidad se está convirtiendo en una actividad económica muy fuerte y además muy competitiva; el proyecto inicio con el análisis de los procesos y actividades concluyendo con las respectivas recomendaciones, de allí se pasó a la identificación de los riesgos, que mediante una matriz se clasificaron y se les dio su plan de acción para contrarrestarlos; luego se realizó la estructura del modelo de gestión donde se crearon la misión, visión, objetivos, valores, principios, se establecieron las metas, y además se realizó la matriz Dofa que nos permitió dar un diagnóstico y conocer la realidad y estado actual de la empresa.
