The project, External reputation of the National Agropecuary Culture Theme Park(Panaca) among the social sectors in the municipality of Quimbaya, Quindiobased on its social responsibility processes, has as its set objective to determine the external reputation of the theme park according to the perspective of a diverse group of people from Quimbaya using CSR processes from the company as a tool for this social analysis.
This research project is classified into different categories such as corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation which are linked to the performance of the entire company.
The information used in this work was obtained through the semi-structured interviews that allow the acquisition of the different variables being measured or studied.
This project takes into consideration certain population for the study; having among this selected group people from the commercial, hotel, transportation and handicraft business, the coffee industry, and the local government, education, and environmental sectors which constitute the social representatives of the municipality.
The study also considers the genre and age as important aspects to make an interpretation of the data, having a balance between women and men. The target population must have an age of or above 18 years. The criteria and knowledge provided by the inhabitants of Quimbaya, who receive in a direct or indirect way the benefits and/or damages that the theme park can cause during its operation, are of great importance.
