the University of Quindío. In order to respond to this goal it was analyzed the oral production of the phonemes /v/, /b/ y / ʃ/, /ʒ /. This research owned a qualitative emphasis. The methodological design adopted was the case study. Thus, the results were: 1) the oral production of the phoneme /ʒ / high lack of effectiveness as in English as in French. 2) The phonemes /v/, /b/ y / ʃ/ presented high difficulties in the L3 (French). Although it was evidenced in less intensity, there was interference from L1 to L2 (English). 3) Students are exposed to English phonetics explicitly, while in French subject it is not. As a conclusion, phonetic conceptions must be seen as a fundamental subject in both English and French, and thus overcome the phenomenon presented previously.
