Formulación de la postura estratégica administrativa del Centro Recreacional y Turístico Tulaima de propiedad del Fondo de Empleados de la Universidad del Quindío

Given the current need for the Fund of Employees of the University of Quindio to formalize
and organize point out the strategic component of its Business Line "and Tourist Recreation
Center Tulaima" intended primarily for the social welfare of its members, the proposal to work
arises deeply administratively in the structuring of a "Strategic Posture Management" in order
to improve this line of business in all fields. For this, a work plan was developed within the
framework of a process of "Professional Internship" which basically introduced the idea of
"formulate" said posture through the direct application of management skills in a deployment
thought guided by a "internship director" and approved by a "Responsible entity".
Thus, it was possible to work together between the "Fund of Employees of the
University of Quindio" and the "Program of Business Administration from the University of
Quindio" through the exercise of that process "Professional Internship".
As for the impacts generated at the level of the entity receiving the internship, they
were highly positive, as they are able to formulate basic administrative items such as mission,
vision, corporate values, strategies, among others. In essence, the objectives were achieved for
that entity, leaving a base sitting orients its strategic vision, providing a clear focus for the
implementation process of the formulation.
