Improvement plan for the company FROST-TEC LTDA of Pereira, was based on studies carried out in the areas, administrative, financial, production, and accounting procedures of the organization. By means of these identified the shortcomings that currently has the signature FROST-TEC LTDA, among which stand out the lack of strategic direction, poor distribution of the commercial or operational area, and long waiting times for financial reports.
Was also the respective data collection through the deductive research method, still as a main reference sources primary and secondary; We used techniques such as observation, documents and existing studies concerning the researched topic and a survey both employees, as customers and suppliers. They were also taken as a theoretical foundation, the postulates and studies in theories such as reengineering, the 5s, and Porter's 5 forces.
Once the Diagnostics to the company both external and internal, were prepared matrices EFAS, IFAS, ESFAS and SWOT, which were weighted according to the qualification given in addition to the respective analysis of the strengths, threats, opportunities and weaknesses, strategies that served as the basis for the plan of improvement proposed for the Organization were raised with this information. In its results casting a great opportunity of improvement for the company, thus becoming more competitive within its market potential, in the same way there is evidence of the financial viability of the proposed improvement plan, given the results of flows of cash, VPN, return on investment, among others.
